    a. Damaged Items
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

    b. Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. Upon verification, we will ship the correct item to you free of charge.

  4. How to Submit a Claim

    "Damaged/Incorrect Item Claim"
    Be sure to include the following details:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Any other relevant information

  5. Claim Window
    All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be considered.

  6. Shipping Costs for Replacements
    If a replacement is approved, AS.IF will cover all shipping costs for the replacement item. You will not be required to return the original product.

  7. Final Decision
    AS.IF reserves the right to make the final determination on all claims involving damaged or incorrect items.
