1. Worldwide Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for both domestic and international customers.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders:
    Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International Orders:
    Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and customs clearance processes.


4. Pre-Order Items

  • Processing Time:
    Pre-order items may take 4–8 weeks to be produced and prepared for shipment.

  • Chargebacks:
    Chargebacks initiated before the 8-week processing period are considered premature and subject to reversal. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this processing timeframe.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the email.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control—such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


10. No P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

 

11. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made to shipping details or order contents. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.


12. Customs Fee Reminder

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. For accurate information, please check with your local customs office.


13. Delivery & Package Responsibility

We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and safely. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen items.


Important Tips:

  • Provide a secure delivery address.

  • Monitor tracking information and try to be available at the time of delivery, especially in areas with known package theft.

If you suspect your package was stolen, please first check with neighbors and contact your local delivery provider for assistance.
